Oh, baby!

If you haven't heard yet, let me be the first to tell you that in a little more than 6 months we will be welcoming our first little one into the world!

To say that we are excited is a little bit of an understatement, mostly because there are so many more emotions than excited going on inside of us. Now that the shock has worn off (mostly), I've been able to really focus and be thankful for the little life that's growing inside of me. It's pretty remarkable how much my body has changed already to accommodate the kiddo. My belly is expanding, and no matter how much I sleep I always wake up feeling like I could sleep another full night. Even though I've had some miserable moments and days, I without a doubt wouldn't change it for the world. 

This past week Andrew and I got to see the baby for the first time. It was truly amazing. The picture below does not do our little peanut justice. We saw the fast little heart beating away, and even saw the little darling move a little. It amazed me how much it already looks like a human! It's also amazing how in love I already am! The whole experience has pretty much been amazing.
